After a brief hiatus in 2023 and a triumphant return in 2024, February 2025’s Laneway is set to be one of the biggest yet. Featuring a stellar lineup of local and international acts—from Charli XCX to Bicep and many more—Laneway will once again fill Auckland’s most cherished outdoor venue, Western Springs. Your Curious Journey by Olafur Eliasson

If you watched the Netflix documentary series “Abstract: The Art of Design” in 2017, you’re likely familiar with Olafur Eliasson. This Icelandic-Danish artist is renowned for his extraordinary work with light and color, inspired by his fascination with how our observations of natural phenomena connect us not only to each other but to the world around us.
Your Curious Journey marks Eliasson’s first solo exhibition in Aotearoa. This retrospective spans over three decades of his work, featuring installations, sculptures, and photographs that explore human perception, experimentation, and environmental awareness. Tickets will be available for purchase in November.
Bluey’s Big Play

The BAFTA & Emmy award-winning children’s TV series “Bluey” has been adapted into a stage show,Bluey’s Big Play, and it’s coming to Aotearoa! Set to tour Dunedin, Christchurch, Wellington, Hamilton, and Auckland, the show will feature Bluey, her younger sister Bingo, and their Mum and Dad. Bluey composer Josh Bush will provide the music. Tickets go on sale at 12 pm on 23 October, with presales available to One NZ customers, Mastercard cardholders, My Live Nation members, and Westfield members.
